Introduction of Share Tank High Speed Food Mixing Tank 3000L: 

The high speed mixing tank is an upper-opening structure, which has the functions of automatic temperature control, heat preservation, and stirring; it has the advantages of fast heat transfer, large temperature difference adaptation, and convenient cleaning. Widely used in food (dairy) products, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, beverages, oils, chemicals, pigments and other industries as heating, mixing and sterilization.
Main Technical and Structural Properties:
1. Volume: 50L, 100L, 200L, 300L, 500L, 600L, 1000L～5000L.
2. Tank body: The inner surface is mirror polished.
3. Upper cover: It is two openable movable covers for easy cleaning, and the inner and outer surfaces are mirror-polished.
4. The bottom structure of the inner tank: It is processed into an R angle by spinning, and there is no dead angle after welding and polishing with the inner tank body, and there is no retention of the net material.
5. Stirring device: top stirring, the output shaft of the reducer and the stirring paddle shaft are connected by a looper, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning.
6. Stirring speed: 15~120r/min (fixed speed); stirring paddle type: frame type, anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, etc. (according to process requirements).
7. The openings of each inlet and outlet nozzles and the welding of the inner tank body adopt the arc transition of the flanging process, which is smooth and easy to clean without dead ends, and has a beautiful appearance.
