Working principle of bone meal grinder machine:

Bone mud grinding machine uses the relative movement of stators and rotors of different geometric shapes under high-speed rotation, so that the processed materials are subjected to strong shear when they pass through the adjustable gap between the stator and rotor under the action of their own weight, air pressure and centrifugal force. The combined force of force, friction, impact, and high-frequency vibration is effectively broken, dispersed, emulsified and mixed to achieve the ideal product.
The crushing chamber of the bone slurry mill is equipped with three grinding areas, one is the coarse grinding area, the second is the fine grinding area, and the third is the micro grinding area. By adjusting the gap between the stator and the rotor, the required can be effectively achieved. The fine pulverization effect (also can be recycled processing).
